Order and Shipping Status

1. Tracking Your Order Status
You may monitor the progress of your purchase through the following channels:

Email Notifications: Upon order confirmation, you will receive automated email updates regarding every stage of your order’s progress.

Order Summary Link: You may access your personal order link at any time to view the real-time status of your transaction.

2. Understanding Your Order Status
The order details page will display one of the following statuses to keep you informed:

Pending: Your order has been successfully placed and is currently awaiting payment. The system will display the specific date and time by which payment must be completed before the order expires.

Paid: Payment has been confirmed. Your order is now queued for processing and preparation for dispatch.

Unfulfilled: The store is currently preparing your merchandise. Once the items are packaged and handed over to our courier partner, the status will be updated.

Fulfilled: Your order has been dispatched. You may now access your order details to retrieve the tracking information.

Cancelled: The order has been voided and no further action can be taken. Cancellations may be initiated by the customer or by our team in the event of processing issues.

Refunded: The refund process has been completed for the requested transaction.
